Start with the Actual Construction
Paper furniture and display products can use different paper-based constructions. Ask for the specification of the model you are considering, including its paper structure, surface components and closure or connection method. A photograph alone does not establish the material grade.
Review Surfaces and Added Components
A paper-based structure may include a separate top, base, finish or connecting component. Request a breakdown of those parts and how they are assembled. This helps you assess whether the product fits a retail display, event installation or another specific use.
Request Relevant Performance Information
State what will be displayed or supported and under what conditions. Request model-specific dimensions, handling instructions and any available test evidence. Do not infer load capacity or outdoor suitability from the word “honeycomb” or from a visually similar product.
Agree the Sample and Packing Format
Inspect the opened product and the way it folds or packs for transport. Confirm whether assembly instructions, spare components or protective packaging are included. Keep the approved construction and packing requirements in the order specification.
